Job Description:
Genesis Experience is a MUST.
Working closely with the PMO to deliver identified projects in EMEIA.
Project Managing identified global Call Centre Technology projects - primarily telephony infrastructure projects - that have a specific regional focus, including defining timelines, on time
delivery, on budget delivery, coordination across SSGs, stakeholder management, risk management, testing and QA, implementation and warranty
Partnering with the EMEIA Contact center Technical Lead to deliver identified Contact center projects in EMEIA
Understanding functional and technical changes associated with the identified Contact center projects being managed from EMEIA.
