SAP CRM Functional Lead
We have a urgent role based in Milan, Italy for a SAP CRM functional Lead (With Middleware knowledge) You Must have experience in SAP CRM Service and SAP CRM Marketing.
You must also be an Italian Speaker.
- Know-how of SAP HEC structure and good to have the concepts for S4HANA, covering the CS (Customer Service) processes and knowledge
- Understanding of Contract Management, CRM IPC Pricing, Campaign Management, Warranty Management, Complain Management
- Complete understanding of Customer Interaction Centre processed, and integration of various plugins related to Web UI and spare parts shop integration
- Must have strong knowledge of CRM Middleware.
- knowledge on BW integration with CRM Web UI to identify the data related issues and enhancement in CRM Web UI.
