Role: Senior Ad Operations Manager
Location: Central London
Day rate: Up to £250 via LTD
Contract length: 6 months
An extremely well known B2C company are searching for a senior Ad Operations manager to join and manage their operations for their advertising partners, both on the publisher and advertiser side.
The main technology required is the Google Double click stack, with a certification/accreditation an absolute must have.
The ideal candidate will come from a programmatic trading background, with extensive experience of both buy and sell-side, including optimisation of SSP's and DSP's, focussing on driving revenue and campaign effectiveness.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Pan-European responsibility for monitoring, optimising and reporting on direct sold and programmatic campaigns to both client and sales teams
- Strategic responsibility for the delivery of campaigns across new digital media channels including video, proximity targeting and native
- Management of data targeting strategy, creating audience segments based on combination of 1st and 3rd party data and creating integrations with CRM and Analytics tools across markets
- Pan-European monetisation of 2nd tier inventory through optimisation of major SSPs (sell side platforms), maximising on-site revenues via agency trading desks and ad exchanges (14 sites approx.)
- Act as a technical liaison for all agencies, trading desks and partners and provide recommendations for targeting opportunities
- Monitor and optimise ad tags to meet campaign and E-commerce site performance targets
- Analyse trends in traffic levels across all sites and manage inventory and bookings accordingly
- Evangelise, mentor and train local support/temporary ad operations personnel on marketing technology revenue and cost optimisation and campaign optimisation
