Your tasks:
- Coordinating and resolving complex / cross-functional support issues in the PTP and OTC areas (guiding the offshore DevOps team and managing the day to day relationships with business operations teams)
- Coordinating complex support issues and application changes with the 3rd party warehousing and freight partner
- Leading small change requests and participating in projects in the PTP and OTC space
- Communicating progress and status updates to business operations teams
- Guiding EMEA priorities for the offshore DevOps team and monitoring support performance
Your qualifications
- AFS, SD and MM experience
- Independent and autonomous working style
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is a must; French is desired but not mandatory
