Description
SAP SD Trainer/Training Coordinator - Utrecht - 6 months
Must have experience in creating training materials around OTC and QTC, as well as experience coordinating training schedules and plans.
The role:
- Coordination of all training activities within central OtC/QtC
- Training materials preparation planning and alignment with content owners/trainers
- Schedule of training sessions, travels & approval's if needed
- Monitoring & status reporting on all training activities for QtC/OtC
- Facilitation of training sessions, issue of notes/minutes. Planning of follow-up actions or adjustments in materials
- Cooperation and alignment with the training team, other workstreams and local countries
- Proactive communication and timely escalation to the workstream lead, central training team, program board etc.
