E-commerce Business Analyst
Dublin City Centre- Contract
Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering the business Ecommerce roadmap for various projects.
Requirements:
- Expereince defining requirements, analysing and documenting interfaces/integrations, and detailing any technical change requests.
- Expereince defining and documenting business process flows & detailing business process changes
-Ability to work under pressur
-Ability to multi task and prioritise own workload
-Agile experience in implementation of e- commerce strategy
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work as part of the digital project team to deliver project roadmap
Analysing and documenting business processes/process mapping
Define and document the business and technical requirements of the proposed solution
Production of developer facing technical mapping specifications of key integration/interfaces
Assist in data conversion and mapping of data to platform and identifying gaps in Legacy data
Creation of test scenarios, scripts and results to ensure the solution meets the defined requirements.
Ensure that the necessary documentation/specification are available to hand the solution over to support
Liaising with the project manager to resolve reported issues with relevant solution provider (Internal Development team, IT or 3rd Party development teams)
Providing regular updates to the business and management of current/ongoing tasks
