Project Manager
My client is going through a major transformation implementing new digital platforms to enable them to provide a better customer experience and delivery their product quicker to market implementing new (E-commerce/Magento, CMS, Web-self-care) with Agile development methodology.)
This is a three-country implementation and you will be based out of Riga, Latvia with regular travel during the week to other countries in Europe.
Role:
Candidate should be able to manage international (distributed) teams and stakeholders on all levels (from technical/development leads and product owners to C-level executives).
In addition, we expect him/her to practice usual project management routines:
* To create budget/time/resource plans, to follow-up costs/progress and to report status regularly
* To provide recommendations and basis for decisions to the steering committee
* To capture project/business risks and to mitigate those throughout the project life cycle
* To manage scope changes
* To secure handover to the line business
You will be an experience Project Manager with min 5 years' experience with hands on experience implementing E-commerce platforms, ideally across multiple countries.
You will be experience in working with and driving deliveries for international/distributed teams and stakeholders on all levels (from technical/development leads and product owners to C-level executives).
You must be fluent in English for this role.
