Senior Finance Analyst - High Wycombe - 6 months Contract - Up to 26 GBP (Per Hour)
You will be supporting business partners located locally in the UK for the Lifescan Diabetes Solutions business area.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Prepares monthly closing and provides reporting in a timely and accurate manner (P&L reporting, GtN calculation, COGS, Warranty & Consumer Promo reconciliations)
- Prepares monthly financial reports and related analyses
- Supports Country Controller with highly complex research and analysis
- Support Region with standardisation/consolidation of accounting processes.
- Performs departmental expense and capital budgeting, tracking, reporting of month end & and quarter close expenses and costs
- General Accounting: Prepares JEs related to specific MRCs Profit Centres
- Work with Shared Service to raise, code and release IC charges relating to both businesses.
- Owner of BP submissions in the system
- Supports financial business planning and updates process
Compliance
- Supports Business in ensuring SOX Compliance and ad hoc support in the cases of: External & Internal Audits, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Health Care Compliance
Business Partnering
- Presents ad hoc analyses and prepares presentations for management
- Independently drives new initiatives and projects
Qualifications:
Education and Experience required:
- University degree or equivalent in Economics/Business Administration. (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Solid relevant experience in Finance role
- Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch
Systems: Proficient in Excel, JDE, SAP, Cognos & BPC is an asset.
