Next Ventures are currently exceuting a seach for an experienced Deployment Project manager to deploy our clients Field services app in Europe and Asia.

IT Application deployment & Training manager
The application is integrated with SAP and contains a Planner board for Dispatchers and Mobile app for Service engineers. The app is in use in one country already, deployment templates
available. In each country, prior to the tool deployment, a separate business project ensures the country follows the standard way of working supported by the tool and change management is
done prior to the IT tool deployment. Both business and IT deployment projects are part of a global Program.
This position is temporary for 9 months to1 year. Start: one position ASAP per April 2018, Travelling most of the time with some remote working from home.
The ideal candidate has successful experience in global deployment projects of IT applications including deep training skills and user acceptance testing. Full proficiency in English is a must.

Preferred locations:Helsinki/FIN, other locations to be discussed
Responsibilities:
Professional project management
Planning the deployment together with the country leadership team, taking over from the central process team who implements the standard way of working upfront
Coordinating the preparation for each country such as IT environments (cloud instances, user access etc.), training materials etc.
Testing with each country (user acceptance testing with country staff), reviews, coordination of issue solving and final test report
Training country key users, together with regional coordinator
Executing the deployment together with the country organisation, basic investigation on issues, issue solving together with IT support and lT service teams, eventual iterations with the central process team (process questions), documenting eventual new business requirements
Transition and handover documentation from project to country organisation and global IT service operations
Close cooperation with our central IT and support teams, external vendor and the country management team and key users
Close cooperation with country management and stakeholders, key users, regional coordinator and overall program team
Project expectation:
Each country deployment estimated to take 2-3 months.
In 2017 knowledge ramp-up: Lead 1 country deployment project, coached by current Project manager, update/develop documentation for future deployments
In 2018 expected to lead independently up 3 country deployment projects in parallel.
Success is project delivery on time, on quality
Requirements:
Proven experience leading deployment projects, IT applications
Ability to learn the app and SAP setup and coordinate/do basic investigation on issues
Ability to travel (Europe, Asia), repeated/longer trips abroad
Full proficiency in English
Assets:
Project management certificate (PMI, Prince or other)
SAP knowledge

re you in the market for new contract starting ASAP .(after Easter ideally) in Helsinki to gain knowledge and be trained on the product (a field services application which links to SAP ) but not s SAP consultant required.
The countries the consultant would be responsible for are:
Norway
Sweden
Netherlands
China
Russia
Contract till possibly longer -My client will pay all travel costs accommodation and hotels.
I need a self-starter -someone with strong technical background and strong technical solutions background - a IT deployment manager responsible for the deployment of the app and the training of users (key).
