Next Ventures is urgently looking for an IT Test Manager for a role in Denmark.
The role:
- Developing, implement and maintain a test process in Global-IT
- Support and mature the agile framework
- Test management responsibilities in projects: Analyse, plan, coordinate and support the test and test effort and report on test progress.
- For having the validation documentation created and contribute to governance-, process-, and template improvements
- Educate and train project participants and stakeholders in test methodology, test processes and the test tool
- Support the IT-project manager
- Be responsible for continuously develop and updating the test process to adhere to best practice in the Medical Device industry and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Selecting and implementing a test management tool and adapt our already establish test process to the selected tool?
- Ensuring effective test processes during both implementation and production support for a global, cloud-based, multi-language CRM application
- Working effectively with suppliers to ensure testing processes and documentation requirements are satisfied.
Tasks:
In the first 3 months the focus will be on:
- Test management responsibilities in selected projects: Analyse, plan, coordinate and support the test and test effort and report on test progress.
- For having the validation documentation created and contribute to governance-, process-, and template improvements
- Educate and train project participants and stakeholders in test methodology, test processes and the test tool
- Support the IT-project managers
- 2 days every week the new test resource will be working in the Test team that supports the implementation of the new SalesForce platform. The team includes resources from both the implementation partner .
The key deliverables are:
- Drive the UAT test including drafting the plan, follow-up on deliverables and organize the execution
- Review and support documentation eg test protokols, reports, track and sprint reports, PQ protocols & Reports, TRM and Validation Report
Test training
Skills required:
- 5-8 years of experience as Test Manager,
- Passionate about test and see it as a challenge
- Drive the Test area and support change to an more agile set-up
- Enjoy a fast moving environment with a lot of exciting challenges
- Project Management experience
- GXP and GDPR awareness
- An educational degree on a Master level.
- Agile experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Flexible so the person can adjust to changing priorities or different ways of working.
- Enjoy interacting with different cultures and to be part of an international company where you need to speak, write & read English flawlessly.
Tech Skills required:
Knowledege about SalesForce and Veeva
Worked with both watherfal and agile projects
Desirable skills;
- Experience with test management tools
- Experience in building and implementing a test process
- Experience within the quality assurance area
- Training experience
- Agile certification
- You have experience in delivering solutions in a global organization with several business areas.
Good analytical skills and the ability to structure complex requirements.
