Business Process Analysis
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes and technology in order to provide support services.
- Create documentation (support scripts) for Support teams
- Document cases identified as issues or cases which require to be attended by Support Teams.
- Implementation activities related to App support
- Provide training to Support teams (L0 & L1)
- Assist on Support best practices assurance
- Assure Support teams execute the support model implemented
- Track incidents to assure the are attended according to support model, during hypercare periods
- Collecting and documenting information on current business environment
- Consulting staff from different parts of an organization
- Compiling and presenting information
- Execute Analytics and reports to monitor Support performance
