Primary Skill:

 Business Process Analysis
Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes and technology in order to provide support services.
  • Create documentation (support scripts) for Support teams
  • Document cases identified as issues or cases which require to be attended by Support Teams.
  • Implementation activities related to App support
  • Provide training to Support teams (L0 & L1)
  • Assist on Support best practices assurance
  • Assure Support teams execute the support model implemented
  • Track incidents to assure the are attended according to support model, during hypercare periods
  • Collecting and documenting information on current business environment
  • Consulting staff from different parts of an organization
  • Compiling and presenting information
  • Execute Analytics and reports to monitor Support performance
