Role:
The CBDC Analyst is a dedicated role which will support the EMEA HR Function. The job is to ensure that applicable EMEA countries have CBDC clearance for all HR Vendors. Ensure Cross-Border data clearance policy is implemented and comprehensively supporting the businesses in the EMEA HR function
Responsibilities:
The CBDC Analyst is responsible to:
- Actively support and coordinate and facilitate all information and compliance vendor assessments among EMEA HR
- Gain thorough knowledge and understanding and provide general guidance to HR colleagues regarding CBDC process
- Partner with CDBC Officer and the business to ensure accurate data capture of general information, risk attributes and information security as it relates to benefits vendors within the Citi Approved
Requirements:
- Strong data analysis skills and problem solving abilities
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Advance skills in MS Excel
