Data Conversion & Migration Lead (Oracle Applications)
I am currently hiring a Data Conversion & Migration Lead (Oracle Applications) for an 18 Month contract on a project that is based out of Auxerre, France.
The right Data Conversion & Migration Lead (Oracle Applications) will have the following experience:
- Experience of ERP implementation in Oracle
- Financial modules of Oracle
- Inventory and Supply Chain modules
- Pulling data from Legacy to Oracle
- Local associate with good communication skills in French & English
- Prior experience of handling data conversion/migration activities eg. Master data, Open transaction data.
- Should be able to coordinate with various application owners and moderate data cleaning and extraction activities from Legacy applications
- Own conversion strategy creation and planning activities
- Able to show that he/she can be leader to suggest on evolving data conversion strategy
- Work closely with Onsite functional team and preparing business rules for data migration
- Coordinate with offshore team for conversion development
- Own Cutover planning activities from data migration standpoint
NB. Not only is "Data migration in the context of Oracle Applications" a must, but also one step ahead, you should be able to create a strategy for the entire conversion activities relating to Oracle applications, like Supplier Master Data, Item Master Data, Customer Master Data, Fixed Assets Master Data and Transactional Data like, Open Payable Invoices, Open Receivable Invoice, WIP, Quantity on-hand Inventory and Bank Balances. etc.
