My client one of the leading Banks in The Netherlands is looking for a Scrum Master:
Experience as a scrum master in an IT or software development setting (3+ years).
Experience of working a BI/Datawarehouse environment
Practical working experience as a software engineer or business analist and willing to performance such work if required.
Experience leading Agile scrum teams in complex environment is strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of Agile scrum and other Agile methodologies.
Deep knowledge and appreciation of Agile practices and principles, principally scrum, and experience advocating these practices and principles across cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of financial products and accounting.
