Senior Procurement Specialist - OJEU/ICT - Glasgow
An opportunity for an experienced Procurement Specialist to work with a public sector in Glasgow. You will be involved with Strategy Development, Supplier Management, Contract Management and Continuous Improvement within ICT.
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge in all aspects of the full end-to-end procurement process with an understanding of public procurement and EU procurement legislation. OJEU
- Experience in strategic procurement techniques, supplier management and negotiation will be essential.
- ICT procurement
- Strong numerical and situational analysis skills which support complex decision making.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills will be required.
