Quality Assurance Specialist - Clinical Trials Distribution (60 - 80%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Maintain quality oversight of the distribution network and its distribution sites (internal as well as external third parties depots)
- Provide cGMP/GDP support to the depots and to the clinical supply chain distribution’s department
- Approve qualification of shipping solutions used within the global distribution network and maintain oversight
- Initiate, manage and track distribution related changes, discrepancies, CAPAs according to a Pharma Quality System
- Train the distribution sites on specific requirements
Your qualifications
- BS/MSc degree in life sciences or a related scientific discipline with solid progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Quality Assurance and/or Supply Chain or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of and experience with cGMP/GDP compliance requirements
- Highly self-motivated, well organized personality, possessing a solution oriented and continuous improvement mindset and being able to innovative when faced with opportunities or challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English demonstrated by an ability to present clearly and concisely to a broad audience including technical teams, senior leadership, and external Partners
- Customer-service mindset, ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills in a cross-functional matrix organization
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems, Trackwise, Change Control and other quality systems is beneficial
