Commercial Contract Writer - Pensions - London - Inside IR35
My client is currently looking for a Commercial Contracts Writer for an initial 7-month contract in Central London.
Rate: £ (Inside IR35)
Location: Central London
Duration: 7 months initial
Start Date: April 2018
Key Accountabilities:
- Understand the client's commercial requirement via the commercial strategy products being produced and by talking to the relevant stakeholders.
- Translate the client's commercial requirements into commercial schedules.
- Work in a Matrix organisation with a mix of internal, contract and consultant staff.
Key Experience:
- Significant experience of writing commercial contract schedules for large scale business process outsourcing procurements.
- Experience translating commercial requirements into commercial schedules.
- Experience identifying dependencies between commercial schedules.
- Experience of large public procurement and practices including the EU directives(£100m+).
- Experience of the commercials of large-scale BPO and IT projects.
- Experience within the life and pensions sector.
- Good understanding of contract law.
- Good understanding of the UK pensions environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
