Job Title: Salesforce.com Business Analyst
Description: A contractor who knows the Salesforce.com platform and what's technically possible, can understand the level of effort required in a request, and then be able to take the business request and translate that back to technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Collect and understand user stories on new and existing functional items within Salesforce
- Work as liaison between the business and technology teams
- Work directly with internal customers on requirements to extend and improve the Salesforce platform in alignment with the business strategy
- Maintain functional specifications collaborate with development team to support Salesforce enhancements
- Conduct and lead UAT testing for new enhancements
- Candidate should have experience implementing or enhancing the Salesforce platform for a service/call center type of environment as well as have familiarity with the indirect sales process
Basic Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Adv Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in facilitating requirements gathering, and documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting and data requirements
