- 5-7 years Change Management experience
- Knowledge of Administration and Custody services & products
- Banking industry experience
Job Purpose:
- Client Change Manager is responsible for managing medium sized client-initiated IT change requests/projects
- Change requests could be for any business line or core application.
- Client Change Manager will manage noncomplex clients (as defined by senior management based on client revenue, NIAT & behaviours)
- Client Change Manager should have ability to complete or direct the analysis required for the change. They will manage change request, delivering on time and within the agreed budget.
- Client Change Manager is responsible for gathering requirements from client (directly or the assigned Change Analyst), determine solutions with client and internal stakeholders, support the testing activity and implementation of the change.
- All change should be managed within the Change Register and in line with the Change Management Framework
