Description
Order Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical industry.Your experience/skills:
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering or similar
- 3+ years' work experience in a supply chain role within the process industry along with extensive understanding of supply chain processes including customer service and vendor management
- Minimum 3 years' experience of SAP usage as well as sound knowledge of ERP implementation methodology
- Proven track record of project management ideally in a cross functional project
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing timely intra-group order management across ERP systems and processing according to defined business cases based on planning and master data parameters
- Ensuring availability of all relevant documentations and approvals needed to guarantee steadily product flow
- Providing guidance to assigned customers for returns, write-off's and credit / debit notes according to the established SOPs and guidelines
- Supporting 3rd party service provider PLS beside administrating order confirmation and inbound system booking for manually placed orders according to SOP
- Assisting the implementation of monitoring and measurement systems associated with increasing the effectiveness of the supply chain
- Assuring correct system set up and linkage to partner system and timely forecast transmission from customer to supplier based on agreed MOQ and order frequency
