My Financial Services client urgently requires a User Researcher to join them on an initial 6-month contract to work on a Financial Planning and Retirement Programme.
The successful candidate will have experience of the following:
- Extensive User Research experience - this person will be reporting into the User Research Lead and Digital Proposition Manager
- May have come from a design background but is now firmly on the research side
- Experienced in a wide range of User Research Techniques (running focus groups, interviews, etc)
- Will have worked within Agile teams previously
- Can come from any industry - financial services is not essential
- Excellent communication skills - comfortable liaising with stakeholders across a wide range of areas
