Our client, a leading Financial Services Organisation, are looking for a Senior Business Analyst. Reporting into the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading on some key business analysis work on a new high profile programme of work.
The role holder will be required to work closely with the business and development teams through the full software development life cycle, in both agile and waterfall environments, to deliver change on this programme. You will be involved in all the standard Business Analysis duties including requirements gathering, process analysis, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management amongst many others.
To be considered you need to have the following:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
- The ability to plan, co-ordinate and lead Business Change analysts on larger projects
- Ability to work across business and technology domains
- Extensive experience within medium to large scale change delivery programmes
- You will preferably have experience in Retail Banking, and understand different methodologies.
