New Build Data Centre

I am currently recruiting for an MEP Site Manager for a new build Data Centre Project in Central London.
The client that we are working for a a principal contractor in the sector with a strong history in the data centre market.
The project is a greenfield site with Construction coming towards the end and the focus of the role will be M&E.
The client are looking for candidates that have experience in the following:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on an M&E project
- Previous Data centre experience
- HVAC systems knowledge
- Cooling systems knowledge
- Power generation and power distribution knowledge
- SMSTS
- CSCS
