Our leading financial services client are looking for a number of Lead Business Analysts/Customer Treatment managers to work on a large scale, group wide customer rectifications programme.
The business are looking into mistakes made on charges/communications that have gone out to its customers over a period of time and correcting them.
The roles involve:
- Identifying errors
- Analysing the errors
- Documenting the errors
- Working closely with the product tams to correct the errors
- Pass this through governance
- Create proposition for the rectification
There will also be positions that analyse the current process and design strategy on new propositions to ensure errors are not made going forward.
The business are looking for candidates that come from the following background:

These roles work within a group wide programme and offer the candidate significant exposure to senior individuals within the business. The candidate needs to be comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders within the group. The customer is at the heart of the programme and the candidate will need to look from the customers eyes in the work in which they carry out.
