Description
My client requires a number of Business Analysts to join an existing team working in a team of functional and technical analysts handling projects on the BSS systems within a telecoms operator environment.
Role:
Functional scope includes:
*Customer management
*Appointments & ticketing
*Communications
*Credit check
*Fraud management
*Contact center
*Call routing
*IVR
*Product management
*Product holding
*Next Best offer
*Order management
*Order intake & confirmation
*OMS & troubleshooting
*Cooperation with other teams to realize projects End-to-End
*Online team - Customer facing web applications & apps
*BSS Rating & Billing team: pre-billing, post-billing, Real Time rating for mobile and fixed
*OSS team: technical order management & provisioning
Experience
*Strong background in functional analysis and solution design
*Used to working in a complex system landscape with integration points to external systems
*Experience in reviewing of technical project documentation
*Knowledge of O2B process and customer care in a telecom environment is a plus
*Experinece of BSS (Billing systems and CRM systems)
English speaking is essential and this could be a long term contract for the right person.
