Rewards/HR Business Analyst - Retail Banking - HR - Bristol
My client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join their People and Productivity team. The role requires a Business Analyst with Rewards experience to join the team and support them in their improvements to their Rewards, Grading and Terms and Conditions areas.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years HR Business Analyst experience is essential.
- Financial Services experience (ideally Banking) is essential.
- Rewards experience is essential.
- HR experience is essential.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies.
- Requirements Gathering and Journey Mapping
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Rate: £400p/d
Duration: 6 months +
Location: Bristol
