Description
Looking to recruit an interim Head of Equality and Diversity for a London based client for an initial period of six months.
The successful candidate will need to carry out a full discovery across the business to determine current state of play across multiple EDI strands to benchmark before working directly with the Board to develop and roll out and imbed a new global strategy.
Reporting directly into the CEO, candidates will need to demonstrate success working within multinational, commercial entities.
