SAP EWM Consultant
Whitehall Resources are looking for a SAP EWM Consultant
Must have:
- AM incident/problem management responsible EWM &JDA 1 person 100% Store only
- Handle escalated incidents and ensure progress on prioritized issues - (with ACN) (Today shared between GSU and AM)
- Incident follow up
- Problem area detection (Today shared between GSU and AM)
- Problem area within EWM follow up
- Coordinating with other FA's and operations to track the different bugs outside EWM if any which causes issues in Warehouse process
- Capacity Management discussion with I&O to discuss and fix if any system performance issues
- Communication towards business around the different incidents
- Communication towards business around the different problem areas
- Be a part of the SP setting
- Participate in the weekly AM WH/Warehouse meetings
- Participate in the biweekly ABL
- Lead when CAB responsible not present
- JDA story point setting
- JDA follow up problem areas
- JDA follow up issues with incident handling
