Your tasks:
- Business onboarding to MS Dynamics CRM and its interfaces to subsystems
- Alignment of business processes with ERP strategic business objectives
- Main responsible for ERP and its subsystems training & coaching setup and documentation
- Development of role based and functional specific training and coaching concepts
- Set up end-user training and Operational Roles coaching plan for around 2’100 ERP users
- Plan and reserve internal and external training resources
- Coordination of training and coaching for classroom training as well as online trainings
- Writing of training documents, guidance, presentations and organizing E-learnings
Your qualifications
- Outstanding knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Very good knowledge with MS Dynamics AX 2012
- Experience in an international environment
- Very good communication skills
