Description:
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will act as an integrator between client business needs and Salesforce technical solutions, helping to create solutions to meet business needs. Responsibilities include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
Requirements:
- 2 + years of Salesforce administration/consulting experience
- Must be Security Cleared (SC) or capable of achieving SC
- Strong understanding of the functions of Salesforce
- Experience in a client facing role with management of stakeholders. Experience gathering requirements and translating them into delivery plans
- Producing functional solutions
- Familiarity with working with technical Salesforce professionals
- Experience in onsite technical or functional roles on at least two full-life cycle Salesforce implementations, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities
- Ability to travel to client sites and stay overnight (expenses covered)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Certifications eg ADM 201 or Platform Developer I
- Experience gathering end-user requirements as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Analytics, Lightening
- Strong understanding Agile, SCRUM etc.
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).
