Requirements
Having 8-10 years of experience in ETL-BI Architect and Solution Designing
Hands-on experience in Spotfire and Informatica is an added advantage
Experience with multiple different visualization techniques
Interact with Clients to understand their problem area and provide solution
Design ETL/BI architecture, roadmap for the client
Ability to work closely with Business Analysts and SMEs to understand business requirements
Validate the BI design, solutions, and transformation logic and ensure that technical specifications are complete, consistent, concise, and achievable.
Proactive and diligent in identifying and communicating scope, design, development issues and recommending potential solutions.
Participate in BI architecture design reviews.
Participate in system and integration test; identifies and remedies solution defects.
Create other technical artifacts needed for project implementation
Knowledge of end to end SDLC from project inception to deployment
Experience in different project management methodologies ie Agile and Waterfall
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Work closely with Client and internal teams to define enhancements and requirements for development activities
Get the solution reviewed from client followed by approvals
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts
Enhancing presentation of data in documents
Calculating data with formulas and variables
Good understanding of various data models.
Interact daily and carry out knowledge transition through Mail/Tele/Video conference, etc.
Familiar with methods for connecting their dashboards and reports to common live data sources (SAP BW, Native HANA, SQL Server).
