Service Delivery Manager - Government/Project/Prince2/ITIL/IT/Public Sector
For a global technology practice based in Brussels, we require a Service Delivery Manager to deliver a mission critical public sector project.
You will be responsible for defining service management processes, SLA', providing solutions for any major incidents and problems to ensure the efficient delivery of the project.
Proven experience within the public sector or telecoms domain leading large service delivery is essential.
ITIL experience and Prince2 certification is required.
Client facing position, so excellent communication skills are essential.
Fluent English and Dutch speaking candidates required.
