Description
This is a highly skilled role that requires specific and extensive experience in:
- SME lending AND commercial lending experience and knowledge.
- Substantial knowledge of the lending process and the principles behind it, particularly facility documentation.
- Adjudication, case handling or complaint reviewing
- Exceptional presentation skills of analysis and findings to senior members of the team.
Candidates MUST have previous experience in
- Managing complex case assessment processes from start to finish
- Full investigation, review and recommendation of customer outcome in line with methodology agreed processes including constructing assessment workbooks in conjunction with the Project Legal Team
- Preparing a complete set of records to support the customer outcome
- Recommending outcomes to Complaints to a Decision Committee of Senior Managers and on occasion Executives
- FCA or FOS experience beneficial
