Description
Our client in Edinburgh require a Senior Engagement Manager to join their team in Edinburgh, on an initial 6 month contract.
You will be working within a portfolio of major IT and digital projects, developing a good understanding of the project, acting as an observer on governance groups and working with projects to develop integrated assurance and approval plans. You will be required to input into the development of the forward work plan of assurance reviews, arrange and oversee assurance reviews; sourcing reviewers and attending planning and feedback meetings.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, as well as:
* Formal project or programme management qualification eg PRINCE2 or Managing Successful Programmes.
* Strong oral and written communications.
* Experience of engaging with external stakeholders at all levels.
* Formal risk management qualification eg Management of Risk Practitioner.
* Experience of being part of an assurance review eg as a review team leader or member.
