Command Centre Delivery Manager - Genesys - London

Square One are looking for a Command Centre Delivery Manager to come on baord for a 3 month rolling contract based in Central London paying market rates.

Our client are migrating from their telephony system Aspect on to Genesys. The go live for this migration is to be complete is July 2018.

The team are responsible for running the genesys platform and they do have training directly with genesys. You would join the team to work with the lead infrastructure manager to train and develop/share your knowledge of genesys to the team.

Detailed knowledge of customer operations, Contact centre technology, and operations infrastructure.
-Experience of developing & implementing pragmatic solutions to create the right balance between addressing short term problems and focussing on longer term opportunities.
-Understand at a functional & technical level how systems and process operate and impact operational performance.
-Considered an expert in multi-channel call centre activity & technology.
-Knowledge of key industry technology including workforce planning management tools, telephony platforms & Back Office panning solutions.
-Ability to travel to Operational sites to align to business needs as required
