Client Service Associate
We have an exciting position for a Client Service Representative to join a highly reputable Global Investment client here in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing industry leader in a varied and challenging role in their Custody team. The role is a fast paced and varied position offering the successful candidate exposure to the wider business units within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Working with internal teams to resolve a variety of client queries in a timely manner
- Acting as a single point of contact for clients.
- Daily control productions
- KPI reporting.
- Providing high levels of customer service
The ideal candidate will bring the following:
- FS experience
- Custody Operations experience (Desirable)
- 1 year experience of working in a client facing role
- Microsoft office/excel
