Description

Our client is looking for a Resource Planning Analyst/Capacity Planning Analyst/Workforce Planning Analyst to work across a major PPI Remediation Programme or a Pensions Programme for a large financial services client based in Crawley.

Reporting in to a Resource Planning Manager, the role will involve supporting Back Office Resource and Demand Planning for either a PPI Remediation or a Pensions Programme. This will include operation planning and headcount management; data analysis of all resource data.

Candidates must have:

  • Experience working within a financial services environment
  • Advanced Excel Data Analysis skills
  • Ideally some operational planning experience would be preferred
  • Financial management skills would be useful
  • Graduates with a Mathematics Degree who have some financial services experience will also be considered
