Description
My client is a market leading recruitment company based in France. Within the IT department in charge to deliver Back Office (BO) solutions (accounting, expenses management, treasury, procurement, finance) such as PeopleSoft, Concur, SAP Ariba.
The Organization Change Management (OCM) team needs to be reinforced with a OCM specialist, under the responsibility of the OCM lead. He liaises with project managers, located in different countries.
The Back Office OCM team is in charge to define, plan and execute the Organization Change Management for the new BO solutions but also to animate and promote end-user's adoption on the existing solutions.
Job:
* Support Project Managers in understanding and estimating the Organization Change management impacts, time, budget and resources needed.
* Coordinate and organize actions related to training, create training supports, support trainers. If needed, act as trainer.
* Coordinate and organize actions related to communication, create communication supports through the appropriate medias.
* Participate to define, build & monitor User Communities/Key Users network
* Contribute to the structuring and improvement of internal organizational change management practices: (methodologies, new activities, tools & templates)
* Participates in overall internal & external communication actions related to Back Office team
Skills:
* Skills in IT change management
* Knowledge/experience in project management will be a plus
* Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
* Sense of pedagogy and User focus.
* Effective & creative communication.
* Ability to work transversally on several projects
* 3 years of experience in IT & change management
