Description of the project/team

Work tasks:
The job of an Application Expert comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Among other things your to do-list includes:
- Be a driver within product and customer related initiatives to understand ECC and/or CRM impact and convert business requirement to solutions.
- Gap analysis - Participate in requirement meetings to define and document the complete scope and map against current solution
- Functional design specifications
- Document Blueprints
- Document SDD, Data Model and other documents
- System configuration in SAP ECC
- Test - Identify test scenarios that reflect the requirements and be part of execution of tests, both cross projects and to surrounding systems outside SAP
- Stabilization of solution
- Provide software expertise
- Provide system analysis
- Provide functional solutions and specifications for development of Enhancements, Integrations and Conversions.
- Have solution overview
- Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
- Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
Technical Competences:
Mandatory requirements:
- Many years of experience of the design, concepts, principle, documentation and configuration in SAP ECC
- Inbound and outbound integration know-how regarding SAP ECC
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
- Excellent managing of deliverables ("to-do lists"), time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills.
- Used to work with both technical questions and business questions
- Strong documentation skills
Qualifying requirements:
- Some years of experience of the design&development concepts, principles and configuration in SAP CRM
- Experience from large, global organizations
- Project management
- Pedagogical skills as well as experience from planning and running workshops
Tools/software:
- SAP ECC
- Visual Basic(excel macros)
