We require a Campaigns Manager for a 6 month contract role based on a Government Client site in Hampshire to start ASAP...
The role will be outside of IR35.

Role Overview: To work on a specific project and to lead the Client's Campaign Team's efforts in delivering a success full and measurable strategy and an engaging channel-agnostic marketing campaign to the entire population.

Essential skills/experience required:
To possess previous experience in a large scale multi channel campaigns (including broadcast) experience.
Must have previous experience of working with Agencies and managing the work of agencies.
To a be a strategic lead and able to deliver with previous experience of large scale organisations and large projects experience too.
Are able to apply a strategic element and it is essential that you possess Broadcast media experience too eg: Press advertising, TV, Digital, Direct Mail at a regional level.
Also be familiar with the "Test, Measure and Learn" approach with regards to brand response marketing campaign strategies.
Must also possess strong analytical and reporting skills.
Be able to demonstrate success or look at and evaluate to improve and achieve the required outcome.
Also are able to properly represent the organisation with regards to the specific campaign.

Duties include:
To work with head of campaigns to: Launch and embed the Client's project/brand across three locations Develop the campaign strategy, plan and annual budget requirements
Establish a working relationship with the new creative/media agency and develop ways of working between teams
Work through the key KPIs and build them in to a milestone-based project plan that delivers the objectives of the project
Work with colleagues in their Insight team to develop a robust, audience-based communications plan using channel-specific messaging
Work with the Digital, PR and Social Media teams to plan and implement an always-on social and press approach that makes the Client and their project/product relevant to people
Contribute to the process, system and sign-off requirements that are necessary to run a successful marketing team
Further develop campaign processes and ensure that all stakeholders are fully engaged embed key marketing behaviours with the new Communications team
