Description
We are working with our blue chip client to recruit a senior analyst with specialist legal entity restructuring experience. Our client is currently going through a period of significant structural change and as a result we require an individual to support their Corporate Restructuring programme. Working alongside the Programme Manager and other Senior Executive level stakeholders you will be responsible for the definition and shaping of plans for the corporate restructuring of core operations and develop detailed plans to allow the costing and planning of the end state structure.
Working with a wide range of business units you will;
1. Identify implications of organisational design changes to support end state strategy
2. Analyse organisation documents and data in the early phases to help develop a clear understanding of the as-is structure
3. Develop options and recommendations for new structures, through detailed impact assessments of changes to the organisation
4. Plan the change effort and steer and support the business through the change process
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of supporting the delivery of complex organisational design and restructuring programmes on a global scale, an in-depth understanding of organisational design principles and extensive experience of working with regulatory bodies in the financial services sector.
