Interim Performance Manager - Belfast
My client, a leading bank based in Ireland, is looking for a Performance Manager to support the Head of Mortgage Strategy to shape and implement the client's strategy whilst achieving the following:
- As Business DCA work with Credit to ensure that underwriting is within risk appetite but challenging policy and practice, recommending enhancements where necessary.
- Improve the capability, performance and development of the teams within the Mortgage Business Team to ensure excellence in service delivery in line with the group strategy, brand values and Behaviours.
- Act as a point of referral for the branch teams and our intermediary partners, providing updates on individual cases as required.
- Enable and drive through the Mortgage team the development of the Mortgage Book.
Minimum Criteria:
- Must be CeMap qualified (level 1,2 & 3)
- Experienced in a similar role within a financial institution for 5 years or more
- Previous history of embedding a Sales Advice Guide whilst ensuring the team meet regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of leading sales and retention team
