Energize are currently recruiting for a freelance IT Service Manager for one of our clients based in Brussels. Please see the full information below;
Description;
*Working on the evolution of our Service Manager layer.
*Setup of the ITSM toolset.
*You will be involved in guidance and coaching towards the ITIL-adoption within the group.
*Together with our external suppliers and partners you will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and quality of our SLA's.
*You will provide and consolidate insightful reporting and actions on the delivered services and their associated KPI's.
*You will be responsible for the proper service life cycle management and continuous service improvement.
Key Skills;
*5 years' experience minimum as a Service Manager.
*ITSM/ITIL expert with hands-on experience
*ITIL V3 Foundation certified.
*Experience within SAP Landscape.
*You have knowledge of and a thorough experience in translating business and technical requirements towards meaningful and manageable services.
*Previous experience in Banking or Finance (nice to have)
Details;
*Initial 3 month contract
*Based in Brussels (on site)
*English/French/Dutch speaking is a must
*€550 - €600 p/d (all inclusive)
