Inside Sales Account Management - French

Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.

They require a fluent French, Inside Sales professional with 2+ years of sales experience with at least 6 months of this gained within the tech/IT sector.

Initially on a 10-month contract, responsible for applying best-in-class revenue generation skills to identify opportunities to upsell, cross sell and renew existing SMB clients.

What would a general day involve?

  • Offer an outstanding customer experience.
  • Meet assigned sales goals while maintaining outstanding customer experience.
  • Contribute to Account Management revenue in generating and developing business growth opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with the most strategic clients.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to upsell, cross sell and renew existing SMB clients.
  • Assist complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
  • Lead business growth campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch to post-launch analysis.
  • Examine data trends and client performance and conduct presentations.

What are the skills required?

  • Ability to speak and write in English and French
  • 2+ years of sales experience with at least 6 months of this gained within the tech/IT sector
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • A team player with strong analytical as well as communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
