Change Control Lead (Retail, PMO, CR, Impact Assessment)
A major Retail business urgently seeks an experienced Change Control Lead to support the PMO as part of a large IT system/platform implementation programme.
The successful Change Control Lead will be responsible for driving through complex change requests (CR), impact assessment, and working closely with the PMO function and 3rd parties. Understanding the technical landscape, driving the Back End process, ensuring deliverables are updated and priority friction surfaces in a timely manner to minimise delays and cost impact.
Essential skills required:
- Expert knowledge of change control and change requests
- Previous experience leading change control and change requests
- Solid IT knowledge, ideally some ERP (Oracle) and/or Retail platforms
- Retail sector experience
- Very strong character able to adopt a robust approach to "getting it done!"
- PMO experience
- Strong communication and influencing skills
