Senior PM with DEEP Global Asset Management and SME in two of the following; Transfer Agency - Fund Accounting &/OR Regulatory Change

Regulatory Change (Asset Management Expert) Business Analyst Luxembourg 3 year program.
Very complex, very busy but lots of dynamics work to get done. This contract will be renewed for the right person. Permanent an option if that suits. You will be part of Agile Scrum Team dealing heavily with IT and Business and all aspects of the business and transformations programme. You will be need to get the ground running from day one within TA and FA. The BA will have may years of solid Asset Management background in Particular Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Regulatory change (Piriips, Mifid and more..).
Need deep analysis, many years of documentation, maybe some BA work also?!.
FA and TA systems are old. The process are old, these need to be revamped. What's wrong with the current systems and process and get it modernized. work on business case, make a robust plan and then PM track the entire process from A to Z. TOP DOWN: Business requirement, tech will then work on estimates, then dev.
Product change is key. Governance and process is lacking and this is a key part of the PM role/BA role. We need someone with Drive and someone who will determine the plan and process and how the client is going about this transformations. I need someone who will drill into the details and breath down peoples back s to get answer and keep plans/project running at the pace required for the results wanted.
You will be part of the Product Team; development, marketing, reg change, fund services.
Immediate start, immediate interview.
Rate EUROS Day. Maybe more for the right person. We will not pay 800 euros day so close to this figure please. Long duration.
Please note; unless you have a Luxembourg set up you need to work via an umbrella company to pay tax and social security in country. We need this done from day one. Tax and social security is circa 34%, the umbrella company pay you direct into your bank every month and the take care of all administrative work - insurance and so on. Simple, easy, legal and a must-do for EU contracts. You have nothing to do but the work you are contracted to do and send a time sheet at the end of the month.
They charge 500 euros per month for their service but it's a simple one-stop-shop.
