Description

We are looking for a Business Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of programs with HR based in Dublin.

This individual will report into the International HR Project Manager based in Singapore and interact closely with various teams in Europe to lead concurrent projects of varying size, duration and complexity. Successful execution will require innovative thinking in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate:

- Has solid project management, change management and reporting skills. PMP or Prince 2 certification is not required but a plus.

- Has a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering business, transformation and compliance projects.

- Has the ability to think outside the box with a constant lookout for leading industry practices.

- Is ready to position self as an advisor to influence stakeholders and fellow colleagues.

- Has a strong customer mindset in designing processes and solutions.

- Is passionate about helping organizations and people succeed at getting to the next level.

- Has the ability to communicate complex ideas in easily understandable ways to a variety of levels of sponsors, stakeholders, and end users.

Responsibilities:

- Own and manage multiple HR shared services, compliance, change management, and process design projects of varying complexity.

- Solicit and understand the customer and translate that into a specific and actionable set of requirements and project plan.

- Establish project standards, cadence and version controls for project documentation to ensure the success of programs.

- Execute projects against a project plan: action items, owners, due dates, statuses, issues, lessons learned and risks.

- Work with designated teams to deliver projects on time, in scope and within budget

- Create actionable deliverables, including: change management plans, impact assessments, business readiness plans.

- Work with impacted stakeholders to measure success of adoption plans and identify process gaps.

- Develop collaborative partnerships with business leads and stakeholders. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.

Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree or related work experience

- 5+ years of work experience in a Project Management related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with international or cross-functional teams

- Experience resolving and communicating issues with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Experience being a connector across teams and managing a program/project against KPIs through to completion

- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience using cloud-based technologies (ex. Office 365, Smartsheet)

- Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct analysis, identify key insights and recommended actions

- Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple complex bodies of work

- Ability to be highly productive and proactive with supporting key stakeholders

- Applied experience with change management and compliance projects

- Ability to communicate with executive team, business, and HR leaders
