Project Overview

Assist the Front Business Areas with all questions regarding payments (payment products, payment processes, coordination and prioritization of complex and/or urgent payments and application and tool support).Key Responsibilities

  • Resolving internal clients queries related to payments transactions
  • Actively manage queries and take over full problem ownership
  • Proactive communication to Client Relationship Managers and Assistants on solution options
  • Liaise with back office, front office and other functions (e.g., Product Management, IT etc.) in order to ensure high quality and no risk query resolution


  • Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
    • Experience in the field of international payments transactions
    • Fluent written and spoken German
    • Good written and spoken English
    • Knowledge of the banking business especially front facing
