- Process and manage sales and purchase orders
- Monitor and process data flow (Idocs)
- Ensure timely availability of shipping docs and invoices
- Provide responsive service to external and internal customers per email and telephone
- Handling of deviations and claims
Main qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship or diploma or equivalent
- Profound experience in similar position as international customer service representative or order manager
- Team- and customer-oriented, committed, resilient, likes working in an international environment
- Microsoft office tools SAP SD and or MM modules
- English skills advanced
