CFO / Shared Service Center Project Consultant (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Analysis of potential for SSC in Germany including a business case
- Identification of systems to keep, to throw or to acquire
- Planning of the required Hurman Resources
- Coordinate, in conjunction with the MD, business planning, periodical business review and annual budget preparation
- Implementation of business process modernisation and optimisation within the support functions
- Reorganize resources to match current and future needs of the business
- Ensure accurate accounting, booking process and payroll to comply with German law and Group guidelines
- Develop and implement a new HR strategy in line with the overall strategy of the business; in this context, improve internal processes (recruitment, personnel administration, training, personal development, etc.)
- Develop and implement a new IT strategy aimed at turning the company into the leading operator in the sector
- Oversee the handling of all legal/contractual aspects of the business
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in financial / accounts management in medium-large businesses in an international setting
- In-depth knowledge of how to conduct an implementation of a Shared Service Center
- Experience in managing business transformation processes: systems implementation, restructuring, optimisation
- Work experience in the services sector in Germany
- High level of user skills in Cognos and Navision
